Lentaria micheneri is found in Eastern North America.
A gregarious fruiting.

This large group was found in oak/beech woods, growing directly from decaying leaves.. Tallest specimen 7cm. Summer. Spore print white. Spores measure 8-9 x 3-4. A similar species L. patouillardii has smaller spores.
